Fall & ChristmAS at the faRM VENDOr application 2025

After setting up in Bridgeton, Indiana for 10 years for the annual Covered Bridge Festival, the Lord blessed us with a new space in 2020 to begin hosting Fall at the Farm & Christmas at the Farm. If you are interested in becoming a vendor this year, review the details of our event and fill out the request form below to begin the process of joining us! We will be accepting vendor applications through March 15,2025.. You will be contacted via email by April 1, 2025 with acceptance status..

WE WILL PROVIDE TENTS for our tent vendors. Vendor cost is $65/ day per 10x10 space. If you have a mobile trailer, it is a flat $65 per day.

  • Dates: Fall at the Farm: Friday, October 10th through Monday, October 13th 2025 (9am-5pm each day) //// Christmas at the Farm: Friday, December 5th 4-8pm (VIP) & December 6th 10-4 pm, December 7th 12-4pm.

    • Vendors must commit to be set up the full extent of the show days and open for business from open to closing hours! There will be a contract to sign committing to this.

    • Set up dates: Fall- October 8th & 9th (set up times will be in phases and you will get an email with your set up time closer to event.). /// Christmas show: Dec 4th 2-6pm & Dec. 5th 9am-1pm

    • MUST be open during ALL show hours in order to ensure that customers come with accurate expectations to see your booth!

  • Payment Information:

    • Once you are a confirmed vendor, we ask that you pay your invoice by JUNE 1, 2025 to secure your spot!

    • Water/Electricity Information:

      • There will be NO available water for vendor booths.

      • Electricity is available. Answer below if you are able to bring our own inverter or will be needing electricity supplied.
